Software Licence (EULA)

PEAKTEAMS is a web application of Libaty GmbH; there is nothing to install. This licence supplements our Terms & Conditions, which apply to everything not covered here.

1. Right of use

For as long as you have an account, Libaty GmbH grants you a simple (non-exclusive), non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to use the PEAKTEAMS software through your web browser, for your own purposes or those of the organisation you act for, in accordance with the Terms.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• copy, modify, translate or decompile the software, or reverse engineer it, except where the law expressly permits this (in particular §§ 69d and 69e of the German Copyright Act, UrhG);
• reproduce or publish our questionnaires, methodology or report texts outside the Service, except for sharing your own results within your team or organisation;
• rent out, sell or otherwise make the software available to third parties;
• remove copyright notices or other rights notices.

3. Open-source components

The software contains open-source components. They are subject to their own licence terms, which take precedence over this licence for those components.

4. End of the licence

The right of use ends when your account is deleted or the contract ends in accordance with the Terms.

5. Everything else

Liability, governing law, jurisdiction and all other matters are governed by our Terms & Conditions.
