It is built for HR and People Ops teams who want engagement, performance, goals and employee records in one system, from startups to enterprise.
PEAKTEAMS: a team diagnostic
PEAKTEAMS does one thing. Each team answers one anonymous survey of about 12 minutes per member and gets a Team Net Value on 18 KPIs, one of 16 team identities, a Consensus Matrix of where views split, and one prioritised next step. Results appear only once at least five team members have answered; the owner’s own answer does not count. There are no reviews, no goals and no HRIS, and it is free during early access.
