For HR, People and OD teams

One anonymous 12-minute survey, 18 research-based KPIs and the same Team Net Value for every team, so you can line your teams up side by side. Designed with data-protection and works-council review in mind.

Why HR teams look for this

Each one is something the team survey measures or removes.

1

“Annual engagement surveys are too slow and too broad.”

One survey per team, run when that team needs it, with the report ready as soon as the team has answered.

2

“Team leads get a PDF and no next step.”

Every report ends with One Big Thing for that team, chosen from its own KPI profile, so the lead knows what to do on Monday.

3

“There is no comparable team-level metric across the organisation.”

Every team answers the same 18 KPIs and gets the same Team Net Value from 0 to 100, so teams line up side by side.

4

“Burnout and attrition surface too late.”

Friction, Inner Drive and Trust & Safety are scored on every run. A re-survey shows the trend before the exit interviews do.

5

“Every tool evaluation stalls on GDPR and the Betriebsrat.”

EU hosting, a German controller, aggregated results only and a published response threshold: the answers are on one page before the first meeting.

What a pilot gives you

A comparable Team Net Value

The same score for every team, with the 18 KPIs behind it.

A Consensus Matrix per team

Where leaders and their teams agree, and where their views diverge.

One intervention per team

The One Big Thing, prioritised from each team’s own profile.

A team identity per team

One of 16 identities from four dimensions, with strengths and blind spots.

How a pilot runs

Start with a handful of teams this month. Scale when the data earns it.

Step 01

Pilot

Pick three to five teams and brief the leads. Each lead creates their team and sends one link per member.

No IT project: no integration, no SSO, nothing to install.

Step 02

Survey

Anonymous, about 12 minutes per member, 18 KPIs. Results appear only once the response threshold is reached.

Automated reminders go out on day 3 and day 7; most teams are complete inside two weeks.

Step 03

Compare

Each team gets its dashboard: Team Net Value, all 18 KPIs and the Consensus Matrix. Same questions, same scale, so you compare teams yourself; the public team benchmark (early data) gives an outside reference.

Same questions, same scale, same score for every team.

Step 04

Act and re-measure

One Big Thing per team, then re-survey in 90 days and compare the two runs.

The delta is your program impact.

What you can verify today

No customer logos yet, so here is what you can check before the first call.

A published methodology

The Input, Process, Output model, every KPI definition and the references behind them are public. KPIs are drawn from the team-effectiveness literature.

Read the methodology

A threshold enforced in code

Results are aggregated and appear only once at least three members have answered; the lead’s own answer does not count. Group breakdowns appear only when each group is large enough.

How results stay confidential

EU hosting, German controller

Application on Vercel in Dublin, database on Supabase in AWS Ireland, analytics and error monitoring in EU regions. Controller: Libaty GmbH, Heusenstamm.

Impressum

Security basics in place

TLS on every connection, encryption at rest, row-level access control in the database, frame-ancestors, nosniff and referrer-policy headers, consent-gated analytics.

Data privacy and security
Honest about the gaps

What we do not have yet

PEAKTEAMS is in early access. These are the things enterprise reviews usually ask for and where each one stands today, so nobody is surprised in week three.

DPA / AVV template

On request today

We sign a data processing agreement on request; a downloadable standard template is on the roadmap.

Sub-processor one-pager

In preparation

All processors are listed in the privacy policy today. A one-page overview for procurement is being written.

Works-council kit

In progress

Until the one-pager exists you get the data-privacy summary and the methodology page, and we join your Betriebsrat call.

Integrations and SSO

Not planned for now

No HRIS, Slack or Teams integration and no SSO today, and none planned until the report itself is in daily use. A PDF export of the report is on the roadmap.

Data location, sub-processors, the DPA, small teams, the Betriebsrat, validity, integrations and pricing.

The application runs on Vercel in Dublin and the database on Supabase in AWS Ireland. Error monitoring and product analytics use EU data regions. The controller is Libaty GmbH, Heusenstamm, Germany. Our privacy policy lists every processor, the data each one receives and the legal basis, and our data-privacy page summarises the technical measures.
