Built on the Big Five
The Big Five is the most researched model of personality, and it belongs to no company. This test renames the five dimensions for work and asks only about behavior at work, which predicts work behavior better than general statements like “I am outgoing”.
Results are percentiles, not letter codes, so you see how distinct each trait is. Types come from your two highest traits; if you have no clear high traits you are an All-Rounder, and a strong low pole shows up as a signature rather than disappearing.
Your type describes tendencies, not limits. Most people can work outside their type when it matters; it just costs more energy.
A work-style profile for self-reflection and team collaboration, not a validated psychometric test. Percentiles use provisional norms. Don't use it for hiring or promotion decisions.

Is this a Big Five personality test?
Yes. The five work traits map onto the Big Five: Diligence (conscientiousness), Social Energy (extraversion), Cooperation (agreeableness), Composure (emotional stability) and Curiosity (openness), with every question framed for work.
How is this different from four-letter personality types?
You get continuous scores and percentiles instead of either/or letters, so a slight lean is shown as a slight lean. Types are named from your two highest traits, and the report says how clearly the type fits.
Is the work personality test free?

Can employers use it for hiring?
No. It is designed for self-reflection and team collaboration. Using personality tests for selection requires job-specific validation and legal review.
